My background is as multilingual as my international journey. I have a curiosity for exploring my potential and uncovering more about myself. It is an everyday journey and that’s what makes life amazing and inspiring.
In my professional life, I've witnessed the exciting launch of a startup, navigated the challenges of professional growth in a multinational corporation, and honed my skills in the realm of business coaching. My passion lies in seamlessly merging my business acumen with coaching expertise to empower individuals on their unique journeys.

2002-2012
Decade of Inspiration
Moved from my birthplace in Ukraine to Moscow, Russia. These 10 years were a very inspiring time. I graduated in Moscow with a Diploma in Public Relations in 2008 and launched my start up. Besides of Russian and Ukrainian, I speak German and English. My start up was an export-import project. I was keen to introduce the organic food products from Germany to the Russian market. This experience shaped my personality and was a big step in unlocking my potential.
2012-2023
Career Journey
In 2012, I started a new chapter in my life by moving from Russia to Austria. This was a very exiting and challenging period of building my career in a multinational company where I worked over 10 years. Starting from an assistance position, I steadily moved up into a senior leadership role.
This period is alslo particularly special one because I gained a new role - motherhood. I'm proud to navigate motherhood and the pursuit of my professional potential simultaneously. The birth of my son changed not only my personal life, but my professional path as well. It became the catalyst for my career transformation—from a business-centric perspective to the realm of business coaching. Becoming a certified business coach (IOBC & Trigon Salzburg, Austria) expanded my horizons and I explore new dimensions of life and new opportunities every day.

Next Steps
Our dreams and visions are very individual. So, I followed my path of personal development and started my next journey. Now, I am beginning this new phase as a business coach. Coaching, to me, is not only about career or business; it’s about the whole individual. I blend my professional experience, academic knowledge, and coaching tools with self-care practices to create a personalised path for each client.
